The product is of high quality & our initial impression is WOW …we love the vibrancy of the leathers & the charms look awesome . I got a pink and brown collar and lead set from MiaMilo and I'm over the moon with it! The quality is amazing, it looks so durable and it's very comfortable for my dog. I love that the charms can we swapped out and my dog already got so many compliments with it on!

Fantastic quality and such an easy process designing our own collar and lead. Love the swappable charms! Nothing else like that out there, 10/10. Also an amazing size lead, can give them so much space to explore or adjust it to keep them nice and close walking at heel.

Blown away by the quality of the leather and metal fixings. The charms are such a wonderful way to give your dog a stylish individual collar and lead. It was very exciting creating a bespoke design and the final product is stunning.

I loved how customizable and user friendly your website is. It made me want to try all sorts of ideas because of the variety and ability to see the product. I also love the quality of the leather and the unique handle on the leash. The charms add a nice touch to the design. I do wish that the collar had been more sleek and smaller in width though. I didn’t realize it would be this large. I also probably wouldn’t have minded a slightly longer leash but not as long as the other option.
