If your MiaMilo accessory doesn't hold up under regular use within 98 ft 5.1 inonths of purchase, simply contact our support team and we will send you a free replacement. Please note that regular use doesn't include the following: Chewing by pets, Damage by extended water submersion, Damage by tying to stationary objects, Non-responsible use or neglect.
